There might be a few people out there that just do not understand why this site was born in the first place. The fact of the matter is that it was not born out of spite, but it was born out of necessity - I was banned from ETK for some unreal reasons - and I have to have a place to post, and I really like all the people on ETK, but it was the owner who I have an issue with - so, here we go, lets fly into the future and leave the past behind. We could re-hash this whole issue all over again, but why?

I have my views, others have their ways of looking at things, and we just have to move forward.

Anyway, I am really loving the new site, lots of cool features, and it really does feel like home.

Last night - I was at my last ETK meet, and they will be missed

It was nice to see so many of my friends, and there was only one person that I heard from that actually disagreed with my point of view. Regardless, I think that people will hopefully understand my position, and what I stand for - I just happen to be a good guy and I dont take kindly to people treating my friends poorly, enough said.

Hope that everyone over there knows that I have nothing but love for you guys, its just that the owner of the site is a totally immature ignorant person, and for that, I would rather start up my own site - so I am.

IllinoisEuro.com has been born!

Soon, we will have a great forum, and always current issues/content from a great bunch of people that will always have something to say.

Wow - this is crazy!

So I just went back to the site ETK, for why I dont know, and saw this:

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

How is it easier for me? LOL

Whatever - Ken seems to me like he has a lot of growing up to do, but that is just my opinion :)

No more Euroteknik - I have been permanently banned!

I have been banned - forever.
Even though I was a part of that site for over 2 years, worked my ass off to get more people there, and I think I was a pretty good addition, they still banned me for life.

I think I should tell everyone why they banned me too!

Here is why:

I could not take any more comments from the owner of the site (or anyone for that matter) and here is what I can not take ever again:

"Don't let the door hit your ass on the way out. If you can't follow simple rules, get the fuck out and stay out."

This was posted by the owner of the wonderful site called Euroteknik.com - and like I have said, I have been banned because I do not like to see my friends being spoken to like this - it is just not going to happen!

Anyway, that is all I have to say for now. Bottom line is that he stated that he would not apologize - and that was all I needed to hear.

Really, I need everyone's help.

Not even sure if anyone really reads this (if you do, please leave a comment!) but if you are and you care even a little bit about my TT, then please, cross your fingers.

I should be getting the TT back this week, and I am hoping that there is no more oil pressure issue.

Basically, Renn-Art.com has cleaned it up a bit, and replaced the oil pump, and now I should be getting it back this week and then drive it around a little bit and see how it goes.

Keep your fingers crossed for me!

Thats right, I might be getting it back next weekend, just in time for the Audi Chicago Spring drive! YAY, I am so excited to have my car back, and now hopefully, with no "low oil pressure" issue!

So my TT is still in the shop ......

And I am not even sure when I will get it back either!

I was hoping to be able to go to the ACCCC (Audi Car Club of Chicago Chapter) Spring Drive next weekend, but I am not so sure my car will be done. It is kinda up in the air right now. My Tech from Renn-Art.com has stated that he did find some metal in my oil pan, but he is not sure where it is coming from yet. So he wants to take a look up top a little and then we will make a determination on whether to rebuild now, or just slap everything back together and see if him cleaning out a few things will make the difference.
I am not too concerned about it, I just want to drive again, I miss my TT a whole big bunch!

My graphic that I designed - sorta

Just thought I would share, this is the graphic that is on the front of my TT right now, and I created it myself, well, sorta. This is really just a font that I found on a web site, downloaded it, installed it, and typed - lol

Regardless, I like its "Uneekness" - Dont you?

So I just purchased a new phone (toy)

And I have to say right off the bat that I have been with Nextel for about 10 years, and my wife just got us the family plan (its her, my 2 daughters and now me) and when we added my phone just about a week ago, I was a little freaked out by going to a new phone. Anyway, look at what I got now!

This thing is so cool, now I know that my old Nextel (i870) was pretty cool, and I could have hooked it up with bluetooth, but I never did. But, this new phone that I have now, does have the bluetooth technology, and it is really amazing! I can make calls without even opening my phone, all I have to do is hit one button, and then ask for voice dial, and then say the name of the person I want to call - now if there is more than one phone number listed for that person in my phone, it politely asks which number I want - very cool!

Just thought I would share :)
